This song began with the piano - which was first written in April.
The melody evolved into an incomplete drum & bass ballad that was missing direction & purpose. Feeling frustrated, I put the track aside and worked on other beats.
At the end of the Summer a few weeks following Shambhala, I watched a video called "Kensho". I experienced a wave of inspiration and had the urge to revisit the piano and give it another go. I used the same melody and started from scratch.. and here is the result.
